Five Goals of the Bond Issue The plan for the Bond issue • Securing our Future Making the necessary repairs and renovations to the elementary school so that we can continue serving our students in that building for many years to come. 2) Student and Staff Health and Wellness Passing this bond issue will allow us to eliminate health issues in the elementary school, such as mold and mildew caused by unrepairable roof leaks and a faulty HVAC system. 3 Saftey and Security Adding an appropriate storm shelter in both of our school buildings and remodel the entryways to provide proper safety and security. 4 Program Growth Provide a new facility for our growing agricultural program, creating a dedicated space for hands-on learning, animal care, and career development. Additionally, construct a multi-use athletic building with locker rooms ensuring our students have the facilities they need to grow and thrive. 5 ) Safe Transportation Replacing three aging route buses that break down and require frequent repairs with three new buses will help ensure our students have safe, dependable transportation to and from school each day.

BALLOT QUESTION 2 Shall Independent School District Number 40 of Nowata County, Oklahoma, incur an indebtedness by issuing its bonds in the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000) to be issued in one or more series to provide funds for the purpose of purchasing transportation equipment, and levy and collect an annual tax, in addition to all other taxes, upon all the taxable property in such District sufficient to pay the interest on such bonds as it falls due and also to constitute a sinking fund for the payment of the principal thereof when due, said bonds to bear interest not to exceed the rate of ten (10%) per centum per annum, payable semi-annually and to become due serially within five (5) years from their date?
