On April 1, 2025, Nowata voters will have the opportunity to support a NO TAX INCREASE bond issue that will address school safety issues, enable critical repairs and improvements to the elementary school and other district facilities, construct storm shelters, support agriculture, athletics, and the band as well as purchase three much needed school buses!

The baseball game at Caney Valley is on tonight. Start time is 5:00PM 1 varsity game
Tonight's JH baseball game at Nowata is cancelled. HS game at Caney Valley is still under evaluation. We will update this afternoon.
Congratulations to the Nowata HS Band on a job well done at OSSAA District Concert Band Festival. The band received a rating of Good on stage and a Superior Rating in Sight Reading.
Today's JH baseball game at Pawhuska is cancelled.
The Caney Valley tournament didn't have enough teams to make, so on Thursday we will have one varsity game at their place starting at 5:00.
JH will play here on Thurs vs Dewey at 4:30

1st powerlifting meet of the year and the Ironmen JH and Varsity represented Nowata well. Had 6 out of 7 varsity and 4 JH athletes receive medals. Everyone hit personal bests and our first two JH Lady Ironmen powerlifters did great! Excited for the future. #IronSharpensIronmen
Starting Monday March 3rd, prom tickets will be $40 per student. Students must have a Prom Contract signed by a parent before purchasing ticket. Ticket price will go up on April 5th to $60.
Prom will be May 3rd in thr New Gym!!

Tomorrow the tip in club is sponsoring a spirit bus for any eligible HS student that would like to go to the boys game at Caney valley. First 25 to sign up gets their ticket paid for. Others will need $10 to get in. Sign up in the office 1st thing in the morning.
