We are wanting to have fun and enjoy Halloween at the High School. Students are allowed to wear costumes if they pay $1 to Student Council. Please help them stay as close to the dress code as possible. We will ask the them to adjust their costume if needed.
Update on Monster Run: K - 3 will run inside the old gym. Please make sure the kids wear appropriate shoes (we will have to make them take off boots, etc... since the floors are refinished.) 4-8 grades will still run the course outside.
Local authorities have done an excellent job. We have been given the all clear. The lock down is over. I sincerely appreciate the cooperation from all students, staff, parents, authorities and the community.
Nowata schools in a lock down. There is no threat on campus. We are simply taking precautions based on an event not far from school that should be over shortly.
