Tonight is youth football/cheer night. All youth football players wearing a jersey and youth cheerleaders in uniform will get free admission. Youth players will run through the helmet with our varsity, youth cheer will be in the spririt line with our varsity cheer as well.

Junior High will have a football game in Commerce tomorrow, Oct. 18th at 6:00. Jr high players need to be at the locker room by 4:00.

Today the Marching Ironmen attended the Kiefer Trojanland Marching Festival. The Band received an EXCELLENCE Rating of a 1-2-2. Once again this is a personal best for the Marching Ironmen in regards to OSSAA Ratings. The Marching Ironmen heads to OSSAA Regional Competition next Tuesday 10/19 for their final Competition of the season. #ironmenexcellence

Parents/Guardians please stop by and see us at parent teacher conferences tonight. We will be available until 7:30. If your student is a senior, RSU will be on campus to visit with as well as experts in filling out the FASFA forms for student aide. Those will be available from 5:30 until 7.

Over the weekend the Marching Ironmen attended the Glenpool Blue and Grey Classic. After waiting out an hour and half rain delay the Marching Ironmen took the field and received 4th Place in Class 3A Blue. The greatest achievement for the Marching Ironmen this weekend and another personal best for Nowata was receiving the HIGHEST rating in the marching category out of all 23 bands (both 3A and 4A) that participated. Congratulations Marching Ironmen on another successful weekend. I am so proud of these kids and all their hard work!!!!
